I am very thankful for Jeff at Western Heating, Air & Plumbing. it had been almost 90 degrees in my place for several days and he went out of his way to get the AC fixed out of concern for us. I would give 10 stars but they only let me go to 5

Just waiting on my rebate to officially give them that fifth star — LOL. Western Heating, Plumbing & Air did an outstanding job! Brent was awesome from the first visit, and the whole crew was top-notch. Brent was a great salesman, Brian and his dad killed it on the HVAC install, and Derek and his plumbing team were fast, clean, and super friendly. Highly recommend them!

Zach was great. Took a look at my issue (leak behind built in fridge/freezer), assessed what needed to be done, gave me a bid and once I approved it went to work on the repair. He was done within a couple of hours including running to get needed supplies. He was friendly and efficient.

Was skeptical first about HVAC companies. I ended up having an experience with Western that I thought was pretty good. I used to be a client of Ron Turner. He’s been servicing me for years. I have a really Furnace the tech said it was about from 2003. Brandon King came out here to help me get my unit running. I’m always worried that people will try to upsell me or take advantage of me. What I realized is that Brandon was just genuinely there to help me. We actually just had a small thermostat issue that he was able to fix. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything I didn’t wanna do. I’m glad Ron chose Western as his go to guys.

Absolutely do not do business with Western Heating and Air!! Avoid at all costs. I paid $15,000 for a new furnace and AC Unit. 4 days later and the new AC unit is not working properly. Called to make an appointment to get it fixed. Technician did not show up to the appointment. You can’t actually get ahold of them, just the scheduling team and the scheduling team cannot even contact the technicians directly. Poorly run company with poor processes. My house is still 80 degrees and I have 3 little kids.

We were very impressed with the service we received from Western. Keaton was very thorough with our AC and heater inspection, and Brent was very professional and patient as he walked us through our system replacement options and answered all of our questions. Brandon and Draper spent quality time installing our new system and making sure everything was working properly before they left. We will definitely work with Western in the future.

We had an AC tune-up done by Jaden with Western, and he was fantastic. He was very thorough and took the time to clearly explain what he was seeing and how each part of the system was performing. He provided multiple estimates and walked us through options ranging from a full repair to smaller “band-aid” fixes based on our current budget and needs. I really appreciated how he explained why certain readings looked the way they did and offered honest, practical suggestions. Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We've been with Western for a few years now. They have always done a very good job for us!
***
5/2026 I wanted to come update my review on Western. Our HVAC system needs to be replaced and it was obvious we wanted Western to perform that service. We also got two other bids just to ensure we're getting the best deal. Western came in with a premium unit at a higher than premium cost. Even though an expert came into my home, he did not offer us the proper system until we asked for it. Once we had the correct unit, he still offered a mediocre HVAC system at a higher than premium price. Once we pushed back they came down substantially. My advice is realize their private equity investors are their top priority, not their customers. And to fight for a fair price because that will not be offered up by them.

Jaden and Matt came out today and I honestly could not be happier. Our annual tune-up on the AC revealed some easy things we could do to improve our systems performance and longevity. They both were patient, and took their time to explain the why behind everything. At no point did I feel pressured nor did I feel like they were trying to upcharge me. In all of my dealings with Western, I can happily say that we always feel like we’re in great hands.

I was very pleased by my entire experience with Western. Brent Sheneman did a great job of assessing my needs and explaining alternatives. Plus, he was very flexible to work with.
Ondrej Lewitt was extremely patient as I followed him around during the AC tune-up. A lot of his time was spent answering my questions. He found the failed capacitor that convinced me it was time to replace the system.
Tyler Harward and Pedro did a great job of installing my two new furnaces and new heat pump A/C. They were also patient with my questions and did an excellent job of installing the equipment. I've already recommended Western to my brother and will continue to use them when any HVAC or plumbing issues come up in the future.

We had Western Heating and Air install a heat pump, air conditioner, and air filtration system for our home, and we couldn't be happier. Just wish we had gone through them for the equipment we had replaced.
Everyone we dealt with was friendly, respectful, and helpful. We even got assistance applying for the appropriate rebates. Western Heating and Air took the stress from he entire process.
The indoor climate of our home is more comfortable than it has even been, and we owe it all to Western Heating and Air. In our minds, there is no reason to do business witn anyone else.

I was impressed with the communication given to me by the company. They reminded me that he would be coming between noon and 4. Later I received a communiation asking if he could come earlier at 10:30 am. Seth arrived and went immedicately to work while I asked a few questions. He showed me what he had cleaned out of the drains. He was neat and clean and he left the work area neat and clean. Linda Peterson

I originally called to get a quote to have the coils and panel of my furnace cleaned. The person who answered the phone told me they had a special going where they can do a tuneup for $69.00 and that included cleaning the coils. I asked if she was sure that cleaning the coils was part of this special. She put me on hold to double check and came back and said it was part of the special. When the technician came he told me he was scheduled to do a tuneup. I mentioned the cleaning of the coils and he told me that that wasn’t included with a tuneup. Somehow a miscommunication with the scheduler.
We ended up with just having the coils cleaned. The cost was $520.00 which seemed a bit steep. However Ethan the technician was great. Showed and explained what he had to do to clean the coils. Was very efficient. Work space was clean after he finished. He did a great job. Very pleasant and respectful. Ethan deserves a 5 star rating. 3 stars because of the miss communication between scheduler and supervisor.

Jose S and James did a wonderful job with our HVAC equipment yesterday. They found some serious issues that needed to be corrected.

This company has gone down hill and might be rock bottom. On the last visit which was a furnace tune-up, they did the work (not sure how well) and presented my wife with thousands of dollars of recommended repairs and upgrades. The list was ridiculous and included things that only they could have caused (like crimped wiring inside the unit when it wasn’t mentioned when they came in March nor any of the other times they came and they’re the only ones to access that compartment in the last eight years). My wife called me and we declined the additional services and the technician left.
When I returned home after about a week, I found an absolute mess: the furnace room door was off its hinges, there was a furnace filter propped next to the furnace, and general disarray in the space. I went to work trying to clean things up and discovered that the problems were even worse than I expected. Not only was the door of its hinges, it had actually been broken. The technician didn’t even mention it, let alone offer to fix it. The furnace filter that was propped by the furnace was mangled and torn and plastic packaging (like from a new filter) was stuffed inside it. We figured out that the one leaning there was the new filter I had installed about 6 weeks before (and did not need to be changed) and the plastic was from the spare I keep on hand. It’s a tight squeeze to get the filter in and out and requires care not to damage it. Clearly the technician wasn’t careful and simply ripped it out of its housing. Again, no mention of this from the technician and no offer to replace what he ruined.
Upon further inspection, I found that one of the seals around the PVC pipe that delivers air to the unit was not in place. I went back and looked at the pictures from the previous service (in March) and it was properly seated, which makes me question whether the technician knew what he was doing or cared at all to do the job right. I’ve canceled my service contract with Western Heating and will never utilize their services again. I’d caution you against using them as well.

Kyle and Chris came yesterday to upsize my furnace return filter. They even offered to reposition it higher in the vertical duct so I don’t have to kneel down on concrete which was much appreciated. I like that the techs had everything they needed on their truck and could handle everything including handling payment. They were friendly and they never left until the job was done and cleaned up the mechanical room as they left

Micheal and Glen came out to my house today to do a tune-up on my a/c and furnace units. I was so impressed by how professional and knowledgeable they are. My units are 21+ years old and have probably never been serviced. I was not prepared for good news regarding them but wanted to see if I could get a little more time before having to replace them. Michael walked through everything with me in great detail taking pictures and videos so I could see what he and Glen were seeing as well. They answered all my questions and were very honest about what they could and could not do to repair the units, which I appreciated greatly. I have never experienced this level of customer service with any other repair company in my life. I’m so impressed! I highly recommend Western for all your HVAC and plumbing needs. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks for everything Michael and Glen you guys are amazing!!!

I recently used Michael for an HVAC tune up, and I was impressed. He arrived on time, was highly knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. He worked through my system efficiently and gave me tips on maintaining my system. Michael was professional and easy to talk to, answering all my questions (and I really like asking questions). Highly recommend him for his efficient and informative service!

Our furnace had an issue. Western Heating and Air came right out to get it fixed. Their tech Hunter was AWESOME!!!!! Took time to explain everything. No hidden costs. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. I’m sure all their techs are great but if you can request Hunter.

We have been very pleased with all the service technicians who have serviced our equipment, and were similarly happy with Carson, who came this week to check our furnace. He was thorough in checking all the required items on the service checklist, and as I like to understand what the work, Carson explained what he was doing and why, and how the system functioned. We regretted that we couldn’t justify purchasing some of the equipment recommended to improve the furnace operation, but it was a five-star experience. Thank you, Western, for the excellent technicians you have sent us, and thank you Carson, for your pleasant and thorough assistance.
