I would like to thank Jose S.
Jose came by to drop off a couple space heaters for us, but instead he fixed our furnace which only took him roughly 15 minutes to do.
It would’ve been a couple very cold days in the house. I appreciate all that he does.

Western Heating, Air & Plumbing was prompt, efficient, and polite. When Jose came to fix the issue with my heating, he was incredibly kind and helpful. He spoke to me directly and helped me understand the problem completely at my level of understanding (lower than his of course). I couldn’t have asked for better service or for a better technician! I’ve been on Western Heating & Air’s maintenance plan for a while, and I really appreciate how thorough their whole-home inspections are. They check and service everything in my furnace room and give clear, reasonable recommendations whenever something might be out of code.

Dillon was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he saw and everything he was doing. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home, and his professionalism and clarity gave me total confidence in the work. I’ll definitely be requesting Dillon for future service appointments. Kyle and Chris came yesterday to upsize my furnace return filter. They even offered to reposition it higher in the vertical duct so I don’t have to kneel down on concrete which was much appreciated. I like that the techs had everything they needed on their truck and could handle everything including handling payment. They were friendly and they never left until the job was done and cleaned up the mechanical room as they left

Micheal and Glen came out to my house today to do a tune-up on my a/c and furnace units. I was so impressed by how professional and knowledgeable they are. My units are 21+ years old and have probably never been serviced. I was not prepared for good news regarding them but wanted to see if I could get a little more time before having to replace them. Michael walked through everything with me in great detail taking pictures and videos so I could see what he and Glen were seeing as well. They answered all my questions and were very honest about what they could and could not do to repair the units, which I appreciated greatly. I have never experienced this level of customer service with any other repair company in my life. I’m so impressed! I highly recommend Western for all your HVAC and plumbing needs. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks for everything Michael and Glen you guys are amazing!!!

We have been very pleased with all the service technicians who have serviced our equipment, and were similarly happy with Carson, who came this week to check our furnace. He was thorough in checking all the required items on the service checklist, and as I like to understand what the work, Carson explained what he was doing and why, and how the system functioned. We regretted that we couldn’t justify purchasing some of the equipment recommended to improve the furnace operation, but it was a five-star experience.
