When someone says “HVAC,” what do you think of? You probably think about men coming into your home and repairing or replacing ‘things’ in your utility closet. That’s a pretty accurate thought you might have. Rarely do we see women in the HVAC industry. At Western Heating & Air Conditioning, we’re hiring and giving opportunities to women who have a desire to learn more about HVAC and becoming technicians!
