He spoke to me directly and helped me understand the problem completely at my level of understanding (lower than his of course). I couldn’t have asked for better service or for a better technician! Kyle and Chris came yesterday to upsize my furnace return filter. They even offered to reposition it higher in the vertical duct so I don’t have to kneel down on concrete which was much appreciated. I like that the techs had everything they needed on their truck and could handle everything including handling payment. They were friendly and they never left until the job was done and cleaned up the mechanical room as they left
