Kyle and Chris came yesterday to upsize my furnace return filter. They even offered to reposition it higher in the vertical duct so I don’t have to kneel down on concrete which was much appreciated. I like that the techs had everything they needed on their truck and could handle everything including handling payment. They were friendly and they never left until the job was done and cleaned up the mechanical room as they left

Can I put a cover over my outdoor heat pump?
No, you should not cover your heat pump. Unlike traditional AC units, heat pumps run year-round and provide heating and cooling. Heat pumps are designed to withstand various weather conditions, so a cover isn’t necessary and could even lead to system failure. Can I use a heat pump as an air conditioner?
