Recently, our service manager, Derek Youd, was asked by ACHR News how we prepare for the busy summer season. Scheduling of on-call rotations gets taken care of early, so that all the HVAC technicians will know which Saturdays and holidays they’ll need to work. Youd also told ACHR News that incentives like gift cards and extra vacations days can be important motivators for technicians who are working hard and putting in extra hours.
