Came too check too see if furnace was sized correctly for the home. Load calculation shows sizing is correct. What I found wrong is the temperature difference between return air and supply is too low. Along with the airflow is not setup correctly. Will have a technician come too do proper setup gas pressure and airflow.

Installed new 90% modulating Furnace, evaporator coil, and inverter condenser. We set furnace on a new box and installed an April air 1510 filter rack. We updated the gas line by adding a drip leg. We installed a plug/switch combo. Make sure that the furnace and coil head slope and ran new drains. We installed a new air scrubber in the supply. We installed an ecobee thermostat. We did not need to set gas pressures because the gas valve sets it for itself. On the outside we set the condenser on a new pad and leveled it with gravel. We flush the line set with RX 11. We pressure tested the system at 400 psi and then vacuum down the system down to 500 µm both tests were good and the system has no leaks. We kept the old disconnect box but ran a new AC web with a 30 amp breaker to protect the system. We weighed in the charge based on the amount of wine set there was. Both heating and cooling functions works properly while testing it on the ecobee thermostat. We were able to help the custome

Came out for full system tune up. System is a 2018 Lennox. Found there was no hard start kit on condenser this can help prolong life of ac. Found capacitor for outdoor unit is testing at a 11% over. This cannot exceed 5%. Found blower wheel need to be cleaned. Found no other issues with the ac today see health report. Furnace tune up found all electrical components are testing properly and working properly. Found no cracks in the heat exchangers. Found the furnace is burning clean. Found no co in supply duct work. Found no issues with furnace today, see health report card. System was working properly when I left the call. Wasn’t able to finish haven install today because of software issues Jackie will get back to us if I need to return to help finish the setup. 60 full full system tune up per Ryan.

I performed an AC tune up on a 2016 Goodman system. The system is working properly. The condenser coil outside is building up some dirt it could use a cleaning next season. The capacitor is testing below factory specs. And it could use a Hard start kit. See health report card for more details.

I performed a furnace tune up on a 2006 Armstrong system. The system is working but is not in a good shape. The temperature split is bad the heat exchanger is very rusted, signs that is been overheating for quite a while. I adjusted the gas pressure from 3.49 to 2.08 to bring the supply temperature from 190F to 169F. I checked for CO and there is no CO in the supply ducts. I started a furnace tuneup on 2016 Amana system but it has a bad inducer motor. I need to find and order one. I’ll comeback to finish this tuneup once I have the part. I replaced the inducer motor under warranty and performed a furnace tuneup. The system is working properly with no concerns at this. See health report card for more details

Maintenance plan AC tuneup. Performed full detail AC tune up. All areas of the 29 point inspection scored in the green with the exception of the AC capacitor. Customer would like to get as much life out of the system as possible. To help reach this goal recommended replacing the capacitor and adding a hard start kit to the AC. Also recommend cleaning the blower wheel, motor, mounting hardware and housing.
