Got here quickly! But the service call is very expensive. Also, I had a $50 gift card that they didn’t honor due to the call not requiring a repair. Seems strange to try to get out of honoring a gift card on a technicality. The technician did a great job.

You can tell that Brandon King enjoys his line of work and that he enjoys a troubleshooting challenge. Felt like he really wanted to get down to the bottom of the issue I was having until he found it. Aiden was super helpful. The builders did a terrible job of installation and he spent a considerable amount of time trying to locate things for us. He reviewed many of the cited issues and helped to address or recommend fixes for them. He even offered to walk the dogs. Thanks Aiden
