Thankful for you!
This year it seems more important than ever to be thankful for the blessings in our lives. The world doesn’t look quite like it did last Thanksgiving! As Ryan and I consider the many ways we have been blessed at Western Heating and Air this year we can’t help but consider our family, friends, employees, and, of course, our loyal customers!
When Ryan and I purchased Western Heating and Air in 2007 there was no way we could have expected the difficulties of the recession only a year later. We were overwhelmed with the challenges of raising a young family and running a small business! A lot of people all over the nation experienced some hard times. Sometimes gratitude was all that kept us sane! Now we look back and find that the lessons we learned twelve years ago are helping us now in another difficult year.
Family and Friends
Our family and friends have been a great blessing to us. We both grew up on farms that taught us the values of honest work and integrity. Ryan’s father even inspired our famous Red Handkerchief promise. Our friends have always been essential parts of our growth and support, and we wouldn’t be who we are today without our incredible kids!
Employees
Our Western Heating and Air team!
Western Heating and Air remains one of the most fulfilling parts of our lives. Providing a way for our employees to take care of their families and grow professionally is truly an honor! We consider each employee to be a special part of our family.
We’re grateful for the excellent work that our technicians provide each day for our customers. They have passionately adopted our Red Handkerchief Promise and they perform their best work every single day. To have technicians that care about their work as much as we do is no small blessing!
Customers
Finally, we would be nothing without our customers! Several of them have been with us since the beginning of our journey and have also become part of our family. We are very grateful for their loyalty and trust. Our technicians meet new customers each and every day, and we strive to share our gratitude with exceptional customer service every time.
Final Thoughts
Writing these words of gratitude makes my heart swell! This Thanksgiving is particularly special for us as many lives have been uprooted and changed by the pandemic. Ryan and I want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every individual who is part of our ever-growing Western family. Our relationships are truly the most important things in our lives.
