Had some issues with insulation on the installed AC unit in the attic. Hunter came back and insulated then taped it off. He took his time and did a good job.

Called on Monday to set up a appointment to get my furnace tuned up in our new house. Got scheduled for that Saturday and they came and tuned it up and was a great price.

Western Hearing Amd Air Conditioning just came and tuned-up my furnace., They have a very in-depth check point system that they cover and are very thorough. They cared about how efficient my house was running. They shared some extra benefits they have to offer but was not pushy about me having to buy those benefits. Our tech, Mark E, was kind, helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable in his work. I am very happy with the service I received today.!

Scott is a real pro. and Bree really made us happy considering the extreme heat and she able to schedule this repair in the best time ever. We called Monday and we had response next morning. We had two other Summer breakdown of A/C in June of 2014 and July 2015 We had to wait a few days longer. at which time In 2015, I decided to have the A/C replaced.

Arrived ad replaced straight sections of flex with hard pipe to bring length of flex down to pass inspection.
