The 2012 bryant ac msc tune up. Compressor starting to amp high on start up. Today I did a 29 point ac tune up. Ac is ready to run this summer.

Cheyenne invited us out today for 2 AC tune ups! I started upstairs where I found the unit is performing quite poorly. It wasn’t pushing very cool air. I found that the coil had quite a bit of rust on it. There is most likely a leak somewhere causing such a poor temperature split. Going outside I found that the capacitor is in pretty rough shape which could be adding to the problems as well. The basement unit was underperforming as well but not nearly as poor as the unit upstairs. We had a 15 degree temperature split which is below standard but not terrible. I found that the capacitor for the blower motor was in pretty rough shape so we swapped that out today as well as the capacitor on the condenser outside.

Came to property for prepaid WSC tune-up on a '15 ac system. Equipment functional upon arrival. Upon inspection of the indoor systems, I found the blower wheel is pretty dirty and should be cleaned. I also found the evaporative coil is getting dirty and should also be cleaned. Usually, dirty internals indicates high pressure and more wear and tear on the system. In this case, however, the static pressure is excellent and the system is operating very well, so the cleaning could probably wait a while. Moving outside, I found the condenser is in good shape. All electrical and mechanical components are operating properly. My electrical measurements are within manufacturer specifications and the equipment is functioning correctly. See health report card for any specific information. I mentioned to Dale that we are now offering annual water heater maintenance as part of our Western Savings Club Maintenance Program and told him he can contact our office if he's interested or wants more info

System no cool. Compressor is dead on the condenser unit. Windings are bad. Duel capacitor is dead. Blower cabinet is extremely dirty. Evap coil is dirt. Blower motor is over amping. Blower capacitor is running weak. Performed safety check of the system and found a crack in the heat exchanger on the 3rd heat exchanger, right front side on the 2nd bend. Due to the crack we have red tagged system and shut the system off. Clint is giving you option on the replacement cost. I would recommend replacement over repairs. Service call will be credit back to system if you do system replacement. System is not up and running when i left.

Came out for prepaid msc ac tune up. Found the capacitor on furnace and ac are testing out of specs. Found the contactor on ac is starting to burn. I recommended we do a tune up kit and new capacitor for furnace to prevent a break down of the system. All other parts are testing properly. Found no other issues today. I replaced filters for system they were provided. I talked to John about replacing system due to age and lack of efficiency. He is going to let us know when he decides to do it. When he does this is my lead. System was working properly when I left the call.
